White Mountains Insurance Group is pleased to announce their 2001 Annual Investor Meeting. All are welcome to attend, in person or via live or recorded webcast. Please follow the instructions below to join in via one of these methods.

For the online presentation portion of the broadcast, you will need a PC connected to the Internet, and a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Establish your Internet connection, start your web browser and point it to http://netconf7.wcom.com/
Click on the "Net Conference" icon.
When prompted, enter the following:
- your full name
- Conference ID: 8306563
- Conference passcode in all caps: WHITEMOUNTAINS \
Click the checkbox indicating you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click on "Enter Conference".
You will then be connected to the online presentation portion.
If you need assistance with the Audio or Presentation portion at any time during the call, please press *0 on your telephone touchpad and an Operator will assist you.

TO VIEW A RECORDED NET REPLAY

You may hear a replay as soon as one hour after the event and up to 30 days later.
