elected Yves Brouillette as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Brouillette is a retired insurance executive. He spent most of his
career as CEO of insurance for ING in Canada and Latin America. He is
currently non-executive chairman of ING Canada. He is a Fellow of the
Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the Canadian Institute of
