ITEM 8.01  Other Events.

 

OneBeacon Insurance Group has received a subpoena from the Attorney General of the State of Connecticut requesting documents and seeking information relating to the conduct of business between insurance brokers and OneBeacon.  We believe the subpoena is part of the ongoing, industry-wide investigation regarding industry sales practices.  We are cooperating in responding to the subpoena.
