previously announced acquisition of the Sirius Insurance Group and its
subsidiaries, Sirius International Insurance Corporation, Sirius America
Insurance Company and Scandinavian Reinsurance Company, Ltd.
White Mountains is a Bermuda-domiciled financial services holding company
traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the Bermuda Stock Exchange under the
